From reporting a technical issue with our motorhome tracking device to resolving the issue, I received excellent service from both Katie in Customer Service and Liam in Collections. I have had a brand new latest model tracker fitted and a complete new 36 month warranty! Liam also guided me through a glitch on the App! I’ve now subscribed for a further 2 years security and peace of mind.

The customer support team at GT are just great.I have spoken with several of their team….just getting used tomy tracker…asking advice and seeking help.They have endless patience …nothing is too much trouble.The measure of a great business is the service you receive AFTER you’ve bought the product .My experience thus far is quite excellent . Terrible quality equipment and company. We have had two faulty units in 3 years. Both were replaced under warranty, however my concerns were why we had no notifications that the tracker wasn't working any more.In total we have paid for 9 months subscription for a system which doesn't work. If the van had been stolen, im guessing they would just say 'the tracker isn't working, we will look into it and call you back'. They never call back.If you want to keep your vehicle tracked, buy elsewhere.
Responsive customer-focused service which fixed my issue very quickly, greatly exceeding my expectations and giving me great confidence that any further questions or issues will be dealt with in the same manner. Great to experience such a service in 2026 - its rare nowadays.
