At last, each member of my family has submitted their application for citizenship to the country of Portugal. That is no mean feat. We each needed not only birth certificates and passports but also police clearances from EVERY country we've lived in. We are global nomads, so that was no easy feat. And, of course, everything had to be apostilled. All of this required significant work and know-how . . . and lots of experience in how to manage the bureaucracies of each country (9 in total). What made Globeia, and especially Sandhya, so incredibly helpful was not just that they knew how and what to do but also that they remained calm . . . and ensured my emotional fuse didn't blow. There's no guarantee that our applications will be accepted by Portugal - there's tremendous uncertainty there now - but our applications are in!!!!!!! and for that i am eternally grateful.
