I valued the continuous feedback and follow-up. I'm thankful for the service's willingness to come to my residence. I suggested meeting at my workplace, but I'm relieved we didn't go that route, as it would have taken a lot of time to learn the correct fingerprinting process.
Getting my fingerprints taken in Lisbon with the representative was an outstanding experience. I have had my prints done multiple times in the past, but they were often rejected. The representative clearly explained the process and meticulously helped capture each fingerprint. They skillfully checked each print for clarity and precision. The service was professional, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend this representative if you get the chance to schedule an appointment.
At last, each member of my family has submitted their application for citizenship to the country of Portugal. That is no mean feat. We each needed not only birth certificates and passports but also police clearances from EVERY country we've lived in. We are global nomads, so that was no easy feat. And, of course, everything had to be apostilled. All of this required significant work and know-how . . . and lots of experience in how to manage the bureaucracies of each country (9 in total). What made Globeia, and especially Sandhya, so incredibly helpful was not just that they knew how and what to do but also that they remained calm . . . and ensured my emotional fuse didn't blow. There's no guarantee that our applications will be accepted by Portugal - there's tremendous uncertainty there now - but our applications are in!!!!!!! and for that i am eternally grateful. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. This company has absolutely no customer service available. I am so angry about this company and their lack of employees and for believing that anyone had a positive experience with them. My experience is that you cannot get a hold of anyone. I have written emails, texted and called….nothing but automated sms saying they will get back to me. I have had to dispute their charges with my bank now. Do not fall into this trap!!
