The customer service experience has been shockingly disappointing. They are prompt with billing, but when issues arise, there is a lack of accountability and meaningful responses. I reached out multiple times regarding a meter issue, yet all I received were generic replies that did not address my concerns. It was clear that my emails were not being reviewed thoroughly. There was no follow-up or coordination with the metering service. I spent weeks on this issue without any resolution. This has been one of the worst experiences I've encountered with an energy provider. If you want reliable customer support, I recommend looking elsewhere.
