After a lengthy wait, I finally received a callback, but the call was disconnected after just two minutes. The aftersales service is lacking! Customer support is extremely lacking.

The customer service is disappointingly inadequate. While they manage to send bills promptly, they fail to take responsibility when issues arise, offering no substantial responses. I reached out more than 10 times regarding a meter problem, but instead of a solution, I received generic, irrelevant replies that indicated no one was genuinely reviewing my concerns. There was a complete lack of follow-up, accountability, and coordination with the metering company. I spent weeks pursuing the same issue without any resolution. This has been one of my worst experiences with an energy provider. If you want a dependable company that values customer feedback, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Highly questionable practices

This service seems to be a scam. I was referred to them as the cheapest option in my area by a government website. However, the plan advertised was not available on their site. After contacting customer support, I received a quote that matched the government recommendation. I completed the application online, which was accepted, and I got a welcome email. The next day, however, I received a rejection notice without a clear explanation. This is unacceptable customer service. They now have my personal and financial information, which raises serious concerns about security. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Deceptive pricing practices

This feels like a scam! Initially, I had posted positive feedback, as the first two months were fine. Then, the rates changed unexpectedly! My bills tripled as the price per kWh increased significantly without any prior notice.

Don't waste your time; find another supplier

In short: don't waste time here; find another supplier as you'll likely switch soon. After a month of confusion with unclear tariffs and unexpected fees, I am filing a formal complaint with the energy ombudsman. The pricing information was inconsistent, and customer service did not resolve the main issue. If you value transparent billing and prompt communication, I recommend looking elsewhere. Their attitude is dismissive, and they seem uninterested in addressing concerns.
