The customer service is disappointingly inadequate. While they manage to send bills promptly, they fail to take responsibility when issues arise, offering no substantial responses. I reached out more than 10 times regarding a meter problem, but instead of a solution, I received generic, irrelevant replies that indicated no one was genuinely reviewing my concerns. There was a complete lack of follow-up, accountability, and coordination with the metering company. I spent weeks pursuing the same issue without any resolution. This has been one of my worst experiences with an energy provider. If you want a dependable company that values customer feedback, I recommend looking elsewhere.
