Exercise caution with the "10 Day" optic/slide cut claims. I ordered the 10 day "C" cut and followed the instructions to send the slide and barrel via insured and tracked shipping. According to the shipping service, the slide was delivered on December 1st (2-day shipping). After waiting 10 business days without any updates on my order status, I reached out multiple times via email. I would have been fine with a delay, but I was looking for some communication. Unfortunately, the customer service number on the website did not allow for direct contact, and the pre-recorded message directed me to send an email that would supposedly receive a response within 5 days. I never got a reply to any of my three emails. Eventually, I called the retail order number and was able to speak to a representative who stated that the package was not received until December 6th, five days after the delivery was reported. This meant the order should have been completed by December 19th, allowing a few days for shipping. The 23rd came and went without any updates. I continued to email and call for information. The slide finally arrived on January 2nd, meaning that the advertised 10-day service took an actual 25 business days. I understand that delays can occur, but I expect better communication. Therefore, the service receives a low rating for customer support, although I am satisfied with the quality of the work thus far, which is why I am giving it 2 stars.
