I ordered a gift for my wife, concealed holster top, it arrived on time but did not fit. I have now called numerous times with no answer, their phone actually hangs up after a 10 minute wait and there have been no responses to numerous emails for an RMA so I can return the item.
Disgusted by the inability to return the item within the allowed timeframe I have now contested the charge on my card.
How can it be this hard to make a simple return and get a refund?
Do not order from them!!!!
Also do not order from Under Cover Tech. They are the same company.

Caution Regarding the "10 Day" Optic/Slide Cut Claims

Exercise caution with the "10 Day" optic/slide cut claims. I ordered the 10 day "C" cut and followed the instructions to send the slide and barrel via insured and tracked shipping. According to the shipping service, the slide was delivered on December 1st (2-day shipping). After waiting 10 business days without any updates on my order status, I reached out multiple times via email. I would have been fine with a delay, but I was looking for some communication. Unfortunately, the customer service number on the website did not allow for direct contact, and the pre-recorded message directed me to send an email that would supposedly receive a response within 5 days. I never got a reply to any of my three emails. Eventually, I called the retail order number and was able to speak to a representative who stated that the package was not received until December 6th, five days after the delivery was reported. This meant the order should have been completed by December 19th, allowing a few days for shipping. The 23rd came and went without any updates. I continued to email and call for information. The slide finally arrived on January 2nd, meaning that the advertised 10-day service took an actual 25 business days. I understand that delays can occur, but I expect better communication. Therefore, the service receives a low rating for customer support, although I am satisfied with the quality of the work thus far, which is why I am giving it 2 stars.

Beware of fraud, they took my money!

This feels like fraud; they took my money on 11/13/25, and I’ve reached out multiple times with no response. I’m contacting my credit card company to report this. I would advise against using this site; if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Stay away from this platform; I’m not even convinced they are a legitimate business, as this was my first experience with them.

Avoid this service, it's a scam

This service is a scam; they took my money on a specific date, and despite my emails and calls, I've received no response. I'm contacting my credit card company to report this. I would never recommend this site; if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Stay away from this service; I'm questioning if they even exist.

Received the wrong item and no reply

I received the incorrect item. I emailed customer support three weeks ago and have tried calling multiple times, but there's been no response. Based on others' experiences, I suppose three weeks is nothing with this company. I won't be returning.

Do not shop here

I placed an order online, and while five out of six items arrived, the order was marked as partially fulfilled. I inquired about the order status via email recently, yet received no reply. My phone calls are met with long holds followed by disconnections. It seems I'm out the money for the item I never received. I expected better from a major dealer.

Never answers calls

They never answer phone calls, and I get disconnected after being on hold for about 20 minutes. Their text system is ineffective, failing to address all inquiries. It's clear they don't prioritize customer service once they have your money.

No customer service response

I'm not getting any responses from customer service and will never use this service again. I'm still waiting for information about my order after a month, and there has been no reply. Their customer service line seems non-existent; I’ve been hung up on multiple times after long waits. You risk losing your money with them.

Three weeks without shipping

It's been three weeks and nothing has shipped despite the product being listed as 'in stock.' They only contacted me after a week to offer an inferior alternative, and when I declined, I heard nothing more. They don't answer calls or texts, and I hope they check their emails. What a disappointing experience.
