I would give more than five stars!My sister in law gave my wife a neck light some time ago having bought it for herself. Soon after that the USB socket failed. Sister is in hospital so cannot find any proof of purchase. Issy from Glocuscent accepted just names and addresses and shipped us a replacement immediately.
