I would give more than five stars!My sister in law gave my wife a neck light some time ago having bought it for herself. Soon after that the USB socket failed. Sister is in hospital so cannot find any proof of purchase. Issy from Glocuscent accepted just names and addresses and shipped us a replacement immediately. In a time when so many companies hide behind chat systems and call centres it is great to deal with someone who really cares about customers!
Oue neck lights arrived in a timely manner and packaged well. Charged up fairly quick. They are comfortable and lightweight around the neck. Very happy with the 3 light modes! Works great for knitting and reading! Would definitely recommend to others.
