I attempted to order a highly rated item. Unfortunately, the website misled me. After entering my payment information, several pop-ups appeared. While trying to close them, extra items were added to my order. I promptly reached out to the company and was informed that they would get back to me within 48 hours. However, my order shipped during this time, and I was told there was nothing they could do. When I mentioned disputing the charges, they offered a deeper discount, which I reluctantly accepted, only to discover my order was delayed by shipping issues. I was advised to contact the shipping service regarding the delay, which they stated was due to unpaid shipping fees. This situation falls on the company, not the customer, and should have been managed by them. I am still waiting for a response, and if I don’t hear back, I will file a claim for fraudulent charges with my credit card company. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
