I ordered the mask on December 18 as a Christmas gift for my sister with the promise of 4-5 day shipping. It finally arrived on January 12 (nearly a month later) after numerous inquiries and complaints. And the package was missing the eye masks that were promised to be included. I was offered a partial refund for all my inconvenience.
Since it was too late to give the mask as a gift I tried it myself. It would not stay on my face, even with the straps pulled tight. The mask was simply too large and heavy for my face. When I tried laying down with it resting on my face it left dark bruises under my eyes for 2 days! I complained about this and asked to return the mask for a full refund. I was told that Glokore would NOT pay for return shipping, which cost me more than $30.
They deducted the partial refund that had been for my inconvenience from my final refund, leaving me out $30+ for shipping with NO compensation for the delayed shipping or bruising to my eyes.
CAUTION! Avoid purchasing this LED face mask. I used it for only 10 minutes, and it stopped working completely. I reached out to the company for a refund, but I haven’t received any response. Afterward, I found numerous negative reviews highlighting their inadequate customer service and lack of replies to complaints.
We faced a website error while placing our order and did not get a confirmation screen, leading us to submit a second order. This resulted in receiving two masks and three charges, with the last charge being inexplicable. I managed to use the mask once, but during the second attempt, it turned on briefly before shutting off, and I haven't been able to turn it on again since.
The product came without any instructions, and it unexpectedly shuts off during use. Additionally, there seems to be a loose component inside that rattles. This item works intermittently, and I'm seeking assistance with these problems.

The package was flagged for 'counterfeit' and the company is aware of this ongoing issue but has not taken any action. I requested a refund, which is taking longer than expected. The next morning, I received a notification that another package was shipped. When I contacted customer service, they informed me I could either return it or keep it. Unbelievable! Please check your credit card statements.
I noticed an unauthorized charge of $119.98 on my card from this company. The "Live Chat" feature on their site is non-functional. I reached out via phone, but they claimed to have no record of my name, address, email, or phone number. Despite this, the charge is confirmed to be associated with them. Shortly after, I received an email offer from them! I have never subscribed or made a purchase from this company. It seems they do have my email. I strongly advise exercising caution; there are definitely red flags with this company.

I reluctantly accepted, only to discover that my order was delayed by USPS. Upon contacting them, I learned the delay was due to unpaid shipping fees, which should have been addressed by the company. I'm still waiting for a response, and if I don't hear back, I will file a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card provider. This has been an incredibly frustrating situation.

I am truly impressed with the customer service. After mistakenly placing an incorrect order during a sale, I emailed them immediately. Unable to reach them by phone or chat, I was anxious about the order being processed before I could correct it. To my surprise, they addressed my concerns in their response within the 48-hour business window. I give five stars and high praise for their service!
