I made a purchase on 11/21/25 and have yet to receive any updates. The shipping service has not received the items. When I tried to reach out to the support team via email, I got an automatic reply stating they aren't available on weekends, but it's actually a Wednesday. I've sent multiple emails with no response. My first impression of this company is quite negative; they need to improve. They fail to provide accurate turnaround times, have unresponsive customer service, charge unauthorized fees, and automatically enroll customers in paid subscriptions just to make a single purchase, resulting in an overwhelming amount of promotional emails. I doubt this business will last long and may face legal issues in the future. Save your money and avoid the stress by shopping elsewhere.
