After making a single purchase, they continue to bill you monthly, claiming you subscribed to a recurring payment. This feels unjust. Cancelling the subscription on their website is incredibly challenging. Customers should have the freedom to buy only when necessary. If the product is genuinely effective, there shouldn't be any need to mislead people into mandatory purchases. It's disappointing to support a minority-owned business under such circumstances. It feels deceptive, and I haven't noticed any improvements on my skin after using the product. It's time to stop misleading consumers into buying unnecessary items.
