I didn’t receive my order but they still took my money. Today is the 23rd March and I’ve been speaking to their online ‘customer service’ team, who are completely incompetent, since 1st March and this still hasn’t been resolved. They have said that it’s with their payment team to sort, however, I’ve sent a picture of my bank statement showing the money being taken so this really isn’t difficult to resolve. An issue caused by them is causing me so much hassle. A complete joke of a company.
