I ordered a one-month Glossybox in October and received it with no indication anywhere in my account that an ongoing subscription was active. In November they charged me again unexpectedly. I contacted them immediately and was told they couldn’t cancel that month’s box but that my subscription had been cancelled and I would not be charged again.Fast forward to December — they charged me again and sent yet another box, despite their written confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled in November. When I reached out, they responded as if I were only now trying to cancel, completely ignoring the fact that they had already confirmed cancellation weeks earlier.This is incredibly frustrating and feels misleading. Being repeatedly charged after confirmed cancellation is unacceptable, and now I am having to chase a refund for something that should never have happened.Would not recommend based on this experience. Wish I could give zero stars
