I'm entering my third month and have just bought the mother's day edit and a few mystery boxes. I'm on a rolling contract so haven't had any issues from that end. It's nice having a self care surprise each month and if it's something I don't like I pass it on to my girls or friends.

There was a problem with one of the products in the January box and I was resigned, incorrectly, to taking it on the chin. A quick message to customer service however resulted in a replacement with samples being despatched the next day. Excellent customer service experience, very happy customer.
9Ive been a customer of glossybox for nearly 3yrs. Ive had a few minor issues but it was always sorted. Recently I had been unable to login in so I tried changing my password (even though i knew my password) nothing worked so I messaged them on Facebook and was told my account had been disabled because of data protection information provided has not met their security. What a load of utter nonsense. I haven't done anything wrong. I spend a fair bit and enjoy filling in the reviews for items purchased for credits. How they can cancel someone's account for doing nothing wrong is beyond me. They have treated a me appallingly and ive recently in the last 3 months have purchased the advent calendar. The Christmas box and the monthly subscription boxes. Just horrific how they have treated me. I feel so upset. Please make sure that any credits you have are used up and cancel your subscriptions. EDIT: Ive since had another reply to my response on Facebook messenger saying that Glossybox investigation team decision is final and they will not be re in stating my account. Shocking!
I sent messages in September, prior to the end of my subscription to cancel my subscription. GUess what - they've taken money out of my account and renewed my subscription. Without my permission after I told them I wanted to cancel. Its disgusting. I ahve messaged the customer service team only to be told tough shit, ive been renewed for another year. Ive cancelled my payment details, delted my card and raised a dispute with my bank. You can take me to court if you want but I wont be paying for something that I told you I didnt want!!!!!!!!!!!! LIVID
I ordered a one-month Glossybox in October and received it with no indication anywhere in my account that an ongoing subscription was active. In November they charged me again unexpectedly. I contacted them immediately and was told they couldn’t cancel that month’s box but that my subscription had been cancelled and I would not be charged again.Fast forward to December — they charged me again and sent yet another box, despite their written confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled in November. When I reached out, they responded as if I were only now trying to cancel, completely ignoring the fact that they had already confirmed cancellation weeks earlier.This is incredibly frustrating and feels misleading. Being repeatedly charged after confirmed cancellation is unacceptable, and now I am having to chase a refund for something that should never have happened.Would not recommend based on this experience. Wish I could give zero stars
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with…The worst company I’ve ever dealt with !!! On a month rolling subscription which stated I could cancel but try and find a way to cancel on their awful website it’s like looking for unicorns I’m so frustrated! When I did get a message it was to try and convince me to sign up for longer arrrr just let me CANCEL!! I was ripped off £15 over the calendar offer and promised a refund that never came and now I’m stuck with a subscription I can’t cancel with tiny products I do not want
EDITED - Liam has reached out and sorted this for me with providing a credit to purchase the palette from their website (17.99 credit provided , item is 10, 2.99 delivery, 5 gesture of goodwill).Very happy to speak to a human and get a swift resolution. Will keep my subscription.Left off one star as I feel they either need to get a better AI customer service or get rid of it all together! Then it'll be 5.Thanks I know when a company is using AI bots, not that they'll admit it! But it's plainly obvious with the lack of compassion and asking the same questions over and over again. I signed up on the 3rd September and since then seen advertised for the "September box" an eyeshadow palette id like. I messaged support as I didn't receive this and was told it was an offer from the 16th only. Misleading and unfair , it was said to be for September box. I asked to cancel as I didn't find this fair, and was given an offer of the box for £1.50 less... Told them it isn't about the money it's the principle of what has happened and they then asked me again why I was cancelling!! All the names of the so called support are made up as well, make no sense the names. For the record my enquiry number is 691492971.I just wanted the deal honoured , not like it's sign up in October box deal! Poor lack of human customer service.To top it off I'm being told I have to take October's box. If that's the case the box will be unopened and I will return for a refund, going to cost them more in the long run than just cancelling like I have asked.
