I sent messages in September, prior to the end of my subscription to cancel my subscription. GUess what - they've taken money out of my account and renewed my subscription. Without my permission after I told them I wanted to cancel. Its disgusting. I ahve messaged the customer service team only to be told tough shit, ive been renewed for another year. Ive cancelled my payment details, delted my card and raised a dispute with my bank. You can take me to court if you want but I wont be paying for something that I told you I didnt want!!!!!!!!!!!! LIVID
