The only reason I registered a new account was that my previous one was mistakenly disabled. I even mentioned that I used my partner's email to keep making purchases. This accusation is slanderous. I've spent thousands on various products like advent calendars, limited edition beauty boxes, and monthly subscriptions. It’s disgraceful how loyal customers are treated, and it’s appalling to be accused like this. I've noticed many complaints about this service lately, and now I understand why.
