Terrible experience with the service.

I had a dreadful experience with the service. I finally discovered the reason my account was disabled. The company accused me of creating new accounts to take advantage of discounts. The only reason I registered a new account was that my previous one was mistakenly disabled. I even mentioned that I used my partner's email to keep making purchases. This accusation is slanderous. I've spent thousands on various products like advent calendars, limited edition beauty boxes, and monthly subscriptions. It’s disgraceful how loyal customers are treated, and it’s appalling to be accused like this. I've noticed many complaints about this service lately, and now I understand why.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with…

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with !!! On a month rolling subscription which stated I could cancel but try and find a way to cancel on their awful website it’s like looking for unicorns I’m so frustrated! When I did get a message it was to try and convince me to sign up for longer arrrr just let me CANCEL!! I was ripped off £15 over the calendar offer and promised a refund that never came and now I’m stuck with a subscription I can’t cancel with tiny products I do not want

They trick you into auto renewals …

They trick you into auto renewals and will not let you cancel. The subscription is not worth it. They do not notify you of the auto renewal and if you miss it you are tied in for another 12 months. They don’t care and just keep taking the money. Terrible customer service. Terrible website. Stay away.

I applied for a one off monthly box, however automatically renewed. assumed this was my fault and sent message requesting immediate cancellation. A message was left on Glossy box account saying they would offer another deal. I did not see this and they totally ignored my request to cancel and took more money. Total CON of a company, will also be contacting Trading Standards.
