Last week on Saturday 28th of February, we have contacted Glotech to repair or washing machine, the door fell off. An engineer came on Tuesday morning the 3rd of March to check the damage. He took some pictures and he told us that we had to order a new door and get it installed. He said the the new piece would have come in one day and that an engineer would have come by Thursday the 6th, max Friday the 7th to fix the door. We stressed the importance for us of a fast service and he said that Glotech is the biggest repair company in the area, with the 70% of market and many engneers in the area. Based on this premise, we accepted the price, we paid immediately. Yesterday we received a call informing us that the spare part, being heavy, was to be delivered separately today (March 5th)and once delivered, we had to call a number to have the engineer coming to attach it to the washing machine. The customer service on the phone guaranteed us that we would have an engineer today or eventually at the latest tomorrow. Today we call the number to book the engineer and we have been told that we need to wait till Tuesday. So they did not keep their word, if they were honest about the waiting time for an engineer to finish the work, we most likely would have tried another repair company.
