Absolutely the worst repair company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using! I first contacted them in December ‘25 to repair the door on a tumble dryer. The engineer couldn’t fix the door, so I was told they’d order a new one, but I’d have to pay in full which I duly did. It’s now mid-March. I’ve had a smashed door delivered. That was replaced with, apparently, one that’s ok, but no engineer. I’ve had excuse after excuse as to why no one has turned up. When I asked about a refund I was told they “don’t issue refunds”. When I complained, numerous times, I was told my repair would be escalated and referred to a manager. Surprise surprise! Still no contact! Just appalling!
