I really enjoy the hand wash, body wash, and lotion. However, it's frustrating to have to subscribe, as I often end up unsubscribing immediately. The scents are lovely, but my attempt to try the diffuser was disappointing. I couldn't smell it at all, even after turning the reeds regularly. Given the price, I expected a stronger scent. Also, it’s annoying how frequently items are out of stock. I love the products, but the subscription model and stock issues are quite bothersome.
