Both items are excellent, featuring a delightful long-lasting fragrance. I reached out about the tops and received a quick video on how to open them. However, I was surprised to find they are in heavy glass bottles, which take up quite a bit of space on the sink. I'm concerned they might tip over and damage the sink! It would be useful to have smaller or travel-sized containers for decanting, as that would better preserve the branding than using a lighter bottle from another brand.

All products are excellent. They are gentle on the skin, especially for my hands, which tend to get dry from frequent washing. Now, I’m treating myself with the cedarwood hand wash and cream, which I keep nearby for regular application, making my hands feel incredibly soft.
*Update: I was initially quite frustrated by the automated replies, but I want to revise my earlier comments. The company eventually reached out personally and was not only apologetic but also generously sent me two free pumps since I did not have one. They handled this very efficiently. Despite my earlier concerns about automated responses, I feel they offer excellent customer service and prompt delivery.
I really enjoy the hand wash, body wash, and lotion. However, it's frustrating to have to subscribe, as I often end up unsubscribing immediately. The scents are lovely, but my attempt to try the diffuser was disappointing. I couldn't smell it at all, even after turning the reeds regularly. Given the price, I expected a stronger scent. Also, it’s annoying how frequently items are out of stock. I love the products, but the subscription model and stock issues are quite bothersome.
