Glovo Bulgaria - The food arrived cold and of poor quality, and the courier could not communicate in Bulgarian, making delivery confusing.When I contacted Glovo support in Bulgaria, the agent (Maria) requested photos of the discarded food. While I was explaining the situation, the chat was abruptly closed with no solution, compensation, or follow-up offered. For a company that charges high fees (€4+ on a €15 order), this dismissive, unprofessional treatment is unacceptable.Glovo’s handling of this order shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I might also escalate this formally, but - do not expect serious support if something goes wrong.
