The rating is zero. I have used glovo for years and it was a good solid options, but in the last months, probably after their legal issues and merge with delivery hero, they have gone downhill. The worse part is they take no ownership for mistakes, drivers take forever and deliver cold damaged food, no one takes responsibility, you cancel an order after 60 minutes waiting for it ro even be picked and they charge you anyway, and the last awful experience was the driver brought the wrong product and the customer service answer was I had to go exchange it myself, that I could find the address of the store in the web.. I couldnt believe my eyes. Lastly, they have no control over people renting their account and you constantly get drivers that do not match the app, this is serious security issue, we had a driver ask for the bathroom, another one asked if we could give him food, and in both cases they got upset and threaten us, glovo support couldnt care less about our report. I am not sure if they are just trying to get people to close their accounts so they can justify closing their Barcelona business, but this is just shameful and definitely worth a formal claim at the consumer office.
