We made a food order around 19:30, our expected delivery time was 20:05 but this kept changing due to the rider stopping and going in the wrong direction which we could see via the app. We contacted him various times and he said he was on the way. Around 20:45 we got a notification saying that the food had been delivered but it NEVER ARRIVED. We have contacted customer support but they are unable to refund our money. Now we need to make a formal complaint. TOTALLY HANGRY right now. Will never use Glovo again.
