Agent was anything but not helpful.She ended the chat before I was able to reply with my decision to return the product or proceed with refund.She didn’t want to proceed to refund me since the product delivered was wrong. She said that the store didn’t responding but that’s no problem, I should just go there and ask for a refund.. no assistance and takes a long time to reply.
