Never delivered order after trying to communicate with the driver for 30 minutes (driver was not even moving), marked as "not at home", and charged the full amount for the order. Support is denying the refund and keep closing chats. Submitting chargeback claim to the bank and complaint to the Spanish Consumer Protection. Encouraging everyone to do that if your money is stolen this way, it takes minutes. I am user of Uber Eats, Deliveroo (500 orders), Wolt (1000 orders) - never ever had the situation like this with them. Only had 2 cases in years out of hundreds of orders, when the food was not delivered and received the refund without any hesitation. It looks like they are not complying with the basic consumer protection laws.
