Glovo did a grocery shopping for me and delivered half of the products with no receipt at all.They charged me twice what was the actual cost of the shopping and when I asked for the receipt they simply said that the rider didn't have one. I've sent many emails of complaint but the customer service kept sending automatic replies, saying: "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please give us another chance and we'll do better." This is truly appalling and should be reported to the authorities.It’s the worst delivery company I’ve ever used!Be careful or you'll get scammed by the rider.
