I ordered a pack of dry food of 4kg for 114MAD only to receive one for 2kg for 90MAD, turns out the one I ordered wasn't available so they decide to pick for me instead of informing me so I can choose what works best for me. When I filed a complaint all they could offer was *glovo credit* which isn't even a real refund but one I can only use in their app which still benefits them.
