The dispatch riders from this service are extremely rude and unprofessional. They communicate with people over the phone without any respect or courtesy. Additionally, they deliver spoiled or incomplete items. They even send emails claiming that the items have been delivered, despite the fact that I haven't received them. I will certainly uninstall the app and choose to work with more reliable delivery companies.
Avoid this service, it's a total fraud. They sent me an order that was completely different from what I had requested. I reached out for help and provided pictures showing the discrepancies, but they claimed I didn't meet the minimum order amount, even though it was €28.80. The agent closed the chat before I could respond.
They have a terrible delivery process; my order never arrived, yet I was charged the full price. There was no attempt to contact me. Support is uncooperative and absurdly claims I submitted the wrong address, despite having no issues with other services.
Terrible experience; my account was hacked, and someone in Romania made purchases with my card. I received no response regarding my concerns. They need to improve their security; it's unacceptable to log in from a new country and use saved payment methods without proper checks.
