I paid for my order and received it, yet Glovo suddenly put an outstanding debt on my account. Because of this, I couldn’t use my account. When I contacted support, they acted completely unprofessional. They insisted that I hadn’t paid and asked me to provide bank statements, even though the payment was clearly processed on their side.They kept saying they would “check with their financial team” and get back to me, but no one ever did. Five days passed with no update. Only on the fifth day did I notice they removed the debt, proving the issue was entirely on their system.During all this time, I couldn’t use the service I had already paid for (prime subscription), and their only response was a generic apology. No compensation, no proper support, nothing.Very disappointing. I do not recommend using this app, there are definitely better and more reliable alternatives out there.
