I've never seen a business practice as absurd as Glovo's in my life. They canceled my order at their own request and won't let me contact them through the help menu in any way. They're being incredibly unfair. I ordered 15 kg of Royal Canin cat food, and they sent me 1.5 kg of food in an open bag, the ingredients of which I don't know anything. They know their mistake, so they won't let me contact them.
