The dispatch riders from this service are extremely rude and unprofessional. They communicate with people over the phone without any respect or courtesy. Additionally, they deliver spoiled or incomplete items. They even send emails claiming that the items have been delivered, despite the fact that I haven't received them. I will certainly uninstall the app and choose to work with more reliable delivery companies.
