I would rate this service zero stars if it were an option... They were quick to take half of the payment, but caused delays for two weeks, leading to lost income and having to rearrange personal appointments for the technician who let us down repeatedly during the scheduled times. Communication was terrible, and after enduring six weeks without a functioning boiler, we realized we should have chosen a more reliable service from the start, even if it meant waiting longer. We had to constantly reach out to them for updates, leaving me very frustrated with our experience, especially after hearing only positive feedback. I strongly advise against using this service.
