I was quoted and purchased Worcester Bosch 4000 30kw Combi boiler. Equipment was installed and commissioned but I was only given a 5 year Warranty from Worcester Bosch instead of the 7 year warranty shown on Worcester Bosch's website.
When I inquired with Worcester Bosch they said the Warranty is only 5 years as they are not a Worcester Bosch accredited installer. So please be aware of this before purchasing Worcester Bosch equipment

The system was installed on the first snowy day of the new year, and both the roofing and electrical teams managed to complete the installation in just one day despite the weather. The entire team was attentive to my feedback regarding the building and the desired placement of the equipment. I would recommend the service for their excellent work under tough conditions.
I am very pleased with the service I received, as the team installed a new boiler in my home. The technician provided a thorough explanation of the boiler's features and demonstrated great respect for my property by maintaining cleanliness throughout the process. He also called ahead of time to ensure I was prepared for his arrival, allowing him to work efficiently.
After the installation of the new boiler, the water pressure was excessively high, and despite numerous complaints and urgent calls, no technician came for several weeks. The installation occurred in late September 2025. This high pressure caused damage to the thermostatic shower mixer. Eventually, a technician visited and confirmed the pressure was indeed too high and adjusted it, but the damage had already occurred, which the company must take responsibility for. I received an initial call from a representative claiming the shower mixer issue was pre-existing, which was not accurate. The technician confirmed that the high pressure could cause such damage. Later, I was informed that the company does not handle shower mixer issues, citing some policy, which felt quite unfair. I felt abandoned due to the company's errors. I had to replace the mixer, incurring repair costs of about £600, with receipts available. The company should acknowledge their mistake and compensate me for the £600. I am not claiming for minor leaks. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate it to the appropriate authorities for justice.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their reviews seem questionable. It's an absolute disappointment. The installers were careless, and once payment was made, they seemed to ignore any further communication. The image below illustrates poorly done work, with bricks filled haphazardly and plastic poorly applied. It appears they prioritized speed over quality. I've been trying to reach out for months with no reply.
I would rate this service zero stars if it were an option... They were quick to take half of the payment, but caused delays for two weeks, leading to lost income and having to rearrange personal appointments for the technician who let us down repeatedly during the scheduled times. Communication was terrible, and after enduring six weeks without a functioning boiler, we realized we should have chosen a more reliable service from the start, even if it meant waiting longer. We had to constantly reach out to them for updates, leaving me very frustrated with our experience, especially after hearing only positive feedback. I strongly advise against using this service.
