My order was placed in 28/11/2025 with a full design.They sent a proof done via AI (which anyone could've done it better). After I refused to accept as the people in the picture were not me neither my family they disappeared for two months.After many, not responded emails, I contacted them again via the website and they replied saying that I never replied to their email - which was a lie.After sharing all my emails and asking for a refund they said they would have to charge me £14 for the AI design they did 🤣They finally refunded me this week.Any ways, this company is a joke. Be careful.
