My order was placed in 28/11/2025 with a full design.
They sent a proof done via AI (which anyone could've done it better). After I refused to accept as the people in the picture were not me neither my family they disappeared for two months.
After many, not responded emails, I contacted them again via the website and they replied saying that I never replied to their email - which was a lie.
After sharing all my emails and asking for a refund they said they would have to charge me £14 for the AI design they did 🤣
They finally refunded me this week.
Any ways, this company is a joke. Be careful.

Not just the art is great also the costumer service! I ordered a Christmas present from glowing gallery but there was a mixup in my order so I got the wrong one. After talking to the costumer service, they managed to send me the right one just in time for christmas without any extra charges. And of course both anrtworks are beautiful.They are the best!
Update:After i wrote this they contacted me and when i send them proof they made me a new one.Gonna change my rating here to a 3 since they contacted me and took care of it allMade a custum order...The "negative" dosn`t look anything alike what i got mailed.The stand on on the back of the frame is already a bit broken.The plastic on the front is already scatched.The metal on the back of the frame hast little spots of rust.And last but not least the leds on the inside are coming of already.Nice idea and when its turned on it looks good but not nearly worth the price.
Actually might be the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, replied very quickly and helped me out tremendously with a return request (as I wanted to change my choice for a different piece; gift for a loved one) , was very generous with how they decided to handle my request, and on top of that the product is great! Great company and top quality customer service.
