I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I could! Absolute scam! I ordered the 'Ecowatt TM device,' and what arrived was something I could have made myself! It didn't even have a proper plug, was incredibly lightweight, and didn't work correctly. The instructions were in another language, with no information about the product included. I'm very dissatisfied! I sent pictures comparing what I ordered to what was delivered, but they tried to dismiss my concerns. When I expressed my desire to return the faulty product, they claimed it wasn't within the returns policy. A counterfeit product, and they won't accept a return. Don't waste your money! They even offered me €20 store credit, but I wouldn't purchase from them again if they were the last service available. Disgusting customer service!
