Complete scam! I ordered patches at the beginning of November and have yet to receive them or a refund. I've reached out via email but received no response. Taking people's money, especially €60 before Christmas, is disgraceful. This service should be reported; I'm very disappointed. 😔

Sadly, I feel scammed, all due to the misleading name associated with this service. The emails I received were from a customer service representative.

If you need to complain or return items, forget it—your money is gone. After multiple emails, they will ask you to return items to another country. Overall, a total waste of time and money! It didn't even have a proper plug, was incredibly lightweight, and didn't work correctly. The instructions were in another language, with no information about the product included. I'm very dissatisfied! I sent pictures comparing what I ordered to what was delivered, but they tried to dismiss my concerns. When I expressed my desire to return the faulty product, they claimed it wasn't within the returns policy. A counterfeit product, and they won't accept a return. Don't waste your money! They even offered me €20 store credit, but I wouldn't purchase from them again if they were the last service available. Disgusting customer service!
