EAGER to get started!

I'm eager to prepare to begin to get ready to start . . . the basic GLP diet. As a first timer I'm encouraged with the possibilities and attention you gave me . . . but alllll the stuph that is added following that is whelming and somewhat confusing. Why not just give first timers a month or so to make friends with the diet and then herd us on in with additional aspects of care?

Thanks for respecting my choice

I like that you respect that you respect that I o ly want what I ordered and there isn’t a lot of us hung to buy more unless I want it! I may want to add on later but for now I want the diet.
