Starting out my expectations were pretty much zero since weight has been a battle my whole life. But so far Im pleasantly surprised, food noise has been reduced, eating less comes naturally. I would say downside is that if I miss a shot for a week or two my appetite does creep back up. But seeing how I’m down 2 sizes in my waist (so far) it’s a good trade.
