It is very effective for fat loss, since the gym isn’t really my thing. Down about 50 lbs in 8 months.. but you will forget to eat on it. Hydration is also key, for the nausea (which I only really had for the first week or after I increased my dose) I do find camoile tea or pepto to work the best.
