One of my major challenges is trying to determine which shipping service someone uses before making a purchase. It's true that Canada has some of the most unreliable and incompetent shipping services, and this one is no exception. There's no one to contact, long phone waits, and they are closed on weekends. I received the same message for four consecutive days, with no way to figure out what was happening. I can't reorder and feel stuck in limbo due to an unknown error. The package was supposed to arrive the next day after ordering, and it’s been a week. If you are a business considering shipping options, avoid the smaller local companies. A more expensive option might be the safer choice.
