The worst service ever. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, and I waited all day and nothing arrived. The next day, I stayed home, and I assumed they would have come and left a note on my door or somewhere, but there was nothing. I called to file a complaint, and they were supposed to call me back. They never did, and they're closed on weekends. It's unacceptable to do business with such a terrible company that can't deliver and provide good customer service.

Package carelessly placed on mailbox instead of the driveway

A package was carelessly left on top of the mailbox by the road instead of being delivered to the driveway! Thankfully, I checked the window before the wind or a passing vehicle could take it away! I would not recommend this service to anyone and would hesitate to order from any business that relies on them. This is unacceptable.

Completely unprofessional experience.

Completely unprofessional experience. I spoke with a representative from customer service about leaving my package at the door, and they assured me it would be fine as long as I responded to their email for authorization. I did respond, and they confirmed it. However, I later found out they returned the package to the sender, who is located overseas, even after it had cleared customs. The sender contacted me yesterday and mentioned they would issue a refund, which is appreciated. They also indicated that they would cease using this courier due to issues like this… I can't say I blame them.

Avoid this service for delivery work. I had a very negative experience while working on delivery routes associated with this company. My first and last experience with this service.

My first and last experience with this service! They were hours late for a pickup! It was nearly impossible to reach anyone, with an average wait time of 1 to 1.5 hours on the phone! When I finally spoke to an operator, I just received empty promises that the driver would arrive. Initially told they were 15 minutes away, then three hours later still nothing. Eventually picked up after hours of delays. The worst service ever, and I won't use them again!

Incompetent service; hoping they go bankrupt.

One of my major challenges is trying to determine which shipping service someone uses before making a purchase. It's true that Canada has some of the most unreliable and incompetent shipping services, and this one is no exception. There's no one to contact, long phone waits, and they are closed on weekends. I received the same message for four consecutive days, with no way to figure out what was happening. I can't reorder and feel stuck in limbo due to an unknown error. The package was supposed to arrive the next day after ordering, and it’s been a week. If you are a business considering shipping options, avoid the smaller local companies. A more expensive option might be the safer choice.

Extremely poor service.

Extremely poor service; for a week, I received daily messages promising delivery, then it would revert back to the warehouse. The next day, another email would claim today is the day, only for it to return to the warehouse again. Complaining to the service and support team was futile...
