The service was superb. The staff were courteous and professional. They listened and explained their policy and terms leaving me with the belief that if the claim was not accepted it would be for a legitimate reason. Well done to Sharon @Motoway Direct and Dan in the claims team as they both went that extra mile and provided a service which I cannot fault.
