My first parcel was lost, and unfortunately the replacement seems to be heading in the same direction.
On April 10th, I was at home all day, yet the tracking states that delivery failed because I was absent at 13:46. This is simply not true, and no delivery attempt was made.
The next day, the parcel was marked as "out for delivery" again, then sent back to the parcel center, with no explanation and no further updates since.
This lack of reliability and inaccurate tracking information is extremely frustrating. Customers should be able to trust delivery notifications, especially when they make themselves available.
I hope GLS can seriously improve both its delivery process and communication.

Very poor Service. I gave my car in for service and Mot before 10 am and booked the service 3 weeks in advance. It took them 28 hours to return the car. Within 3 days of return my battery failed. The AA confirmed it was the battery. Jemca claimed they tested the battery and battery was good.
It was suggested that I make another appointment to replace the battery and pay for new battery and fitting.
I would not have had to pay more money for the fitting, If they really tested the battery.
I lost trust in this company.

Scamming their clients

This company has, for the last three weeks, decided to tell all its customers that they have agreed to pick up packages at a relay instead of home delivery. This info we received via sms saying we had agreed with the driver that it was ok to drop it at the relay point some 20 from our home. This is an outright lie. This started when the price of petrol went up and now they are using it as an excuse to make more profit. Disappointed and disgraceful

Rubbish service this time

My package from Temu was a large package no attempt to deliver to my home they delivered to a parcel shop contacted gls just an automated response eventually I collected myself then they had the cheek to email my package has been delivered never had a problem with them until now but very disappointed this time you didn’t deliver it I collected myself

Have never had a worse experience with…

Have never had a worse experience with a shipper. This was a package ordered from Amazon and I should have figured out it was from a third party seller when the option to use an Amazon locker was not available. The only delivery option was via GLS. I later figured out that maybe the seller didn't want to shell out the coin for the locker but who knows. Anyway, the option was a store not too far away. I went there and the man said only that all packages had been re-collected by the delivery service. The tracking showed that it was delivered there the next day, so I went back and the store was completely torn apart--it no longer existed! So I look at the GLS tracking and it STILL says the package is at that store--the store that doesn't exist. This is such astonishingly poor service, no words just a horror show
