(Perhaps explains why their labour rates are low) Alternative was to direct me to a garage they found on google with no knowledge of the abilities of that garage nor any assurance the suggested garage was suitable to repair my car. Cap labour charges below a reasonable figure if you have an expensive car. Purchased through CAR GIANT worst decision I have made and CAR GIANT WORST ADVICE. Tell repairers to use non manufacturer parts. I don't know about a gold policy this isn't even base metal!
