Out for delivery for 2 days and still nothing. I contacted customer service, and he hung up on me because when he asked if there was anything else he could help me with, I told him he didn't help me with anything to begin with. Business closes at 17, and they deliver till 19:00, so apparently it's my problem, not theirs. Parcels to people? which people, which parcel...still waiting for mine! Oh, also, all the good reviews are clustered; it doesn't seem right. I never had a good experience with this company delivering to me.
